• Refined original period engraving, datable to around 1840.
• The work shows an evocative view of the “Land of Venice” territory, with the city of Verona. The Veronetta district with the ancient Roman Theatre can be made out.

The print was made using the engraving technique on paper of the period. The line is precise and rich in detail. The scene gives back the atmosphere of the Veneto landscape in the middle of the nineteenth century.

Period and production
The work is completed by a finely carved wooden frame. The workmanship sets off the whole with elegance and depth.
